CHRIS Noth was caught in a terrifying incident at a Purim party held inside Sony Plaza on Madison Ave in New York City

The Sex And The City actor watched as the building’s glass roof collapsed under the weight of ice and snow and sent shards into the lobby below.

The 52-year-old actor was believed to have escaped without injury, even though about a dozen people were treated for minor injuries. Four were taken to Roosevelt Hospital.

Noth was not the only celebrity inside the building when the incident took place. Two Jersey Shore cast members, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Vinnie Guadagnino, were also partying.

Both of the MTV reality series’ stars took to their Twitter page to share about the calamitous event.

Snooki tweeted: “Omg roof just collapsed at the purim event! We thought the dj was beatin the beat hardcore but nope,the roof could not handle snooki and vin.”

At almost the same time, Vinnie posted his message that read, “Roof just collapsed at Purim event…. I think me and @sn00ki felt the wrath for not being Jewish.”
