Just Updating

I am a little hiatus at this time since we are very busy in our blueberry farm. I tried to help my hubby to manage our small farm and when I came home I am already tired of doing stuffs online. My body sometimes cannot take all the hard work I did in working at the farm. Hope to post more after the season is over. See you around.

To loss Weight

Few months ago hubby tried to loss weight and it was very slow at first but after 3 weeks hubby loss weight. He tried the water fast for 3 days and he lost again five pounds. He was very eager to loss again more since he weighed more than 200 pounds. He started a eating healthy with some exercise and loss few pounds everyday. Then he started again for a 11 day water fast and this time he loss 40 pounds. After his water fast he eats healthy foods everyday. He also schedule an exercise everyday and as far as I concern he loss 5 pounds every week. But if you do not like to eat fruits and vegetables just like some of my friends even their families do not like to eat veggies then you will find some way of loosing weight. Well, I am telling you this because their are ways that you can eat without gaining lots of weight. Try to buy this atkins baking mix you can make pancakes, cookies, biscuits and many more to bake without worrying of the carbs you will get. I know one of the cause you gain weight is eating lots of carbohydrates foods. Once you will eat without cards or less cards then you loss weight am I right? Being Healthy

Many people are trying to find ways how to loss weight. Some already spend a lot of money so that they will loss those extra fats. But i want to tell you hubby loss more than 40 pounds in just 2 months and I am proud of him. a friend of mine and her husband are also trying to loss weight and they use the juice diet but after a couple of weeks still they gain weight. I am also trying to loss weight and I am thinking maybe 40 pounds. I tried hubby’s approach of loosing weight which was the vegetables and fruit diet. I cannot do it this time because I still love rice, bread, and other starches. I might like to eat for my snack this weight loss bars that I found online and it might help me.

Being healthy is very important to decrease the tendency of getting sick. We cannot afford to visit the hospital so if you are wanting to loss weight do something that will not cost you big chunk of money. I wonder what other people did to loss those extra baby fats. Some friends told me that they are trying to maintain their figure but sometimes it did not really works specially you attend a party.
