A POST-mortem has revealed that fashion designer Alexander McQueen died as a result of asphyxiation and hanging, an inquest heard today.
McQueen reportedly hanged himself in his wardrobe after leaving a note at the scene.
Emergency services found the 40-year-old in his £1 million ($1.75 million) flat in Mayfair, London, the day before his mom’s funeral.
McQueen’s body was later identified by his sister Janet, Sky News reported.
